保存方式:冷凍-18度以下保存,不建議二次退冰,解凍後請盡快食用完畢
加熱方式:解凍後,拆開真空袋,並倒入適當器皿,放至電鍋蒸煮(外鍋一杯水),15分鐘即可食用
